Create one
create_monitor creates a threshold monitor. list_monitors lists them. On the dashboard form:
- Account id, passed as a string.
- Metric: CPA, ROAS, or CTR.
- Operator: greater than or less than.
- Threshold and lookback window.
STRATEGY.md. A suggested default is not a saved monitor until you create it.
When a monitor fires, open the prompt, run the read it names, and send any spend change through Approvals. Watch Agent is the separate 15-minute admin scan. An alert is the threshold you configured here.
Manage and test
manage_monitor requires monitor_id and action. pause sets status paused. resume sets active. delete sets deleted and leaves the monitor in the list. A missing id returns monitor_not_found.
test_monitor records a completed run. The summary stays within_threshold unless force_trigger is true. A forced trigger records threshold_crossed and adds a pending pause_campaign action, using campaign_id when you pass one. That action still waits in Approvals. The test does not read live metrics and does not change spend.
get_monitor_history lists runs. Pass monitor_id to keep one monitor.
