Pixels and offline events use the Meta connection. See Meta Ads and Meta lead ads.

Read

  1. get_connections_status, then get_ad_accounts.
  2. get_meta_pixels lists pixels for one account_id. limit is optional.
  3. get_meta_pixel_events reads recent event stats for one pixel_id.
  4. get_meta_offline_event_sets lists offline event sets for one account_id.
These reads do not send events.

Readiness check

validate_meta_conversion_setup needs account_id. Pass page_id when you also want lead forms checked. The result is valid only when the account has at least one pixel, one offline event set, and one lead form. Otherwise status is partial and missing lists pixel, offline_event_sets, or lead_forms. If you omit page_id, lead forms are not fetched, so lead_forms stays in missing and the status stays partial. A partial result does not create a pixel or an event set.

Upload offline events

upload_meta_offline_conversions is a write. Required arguments are offline_event_set_id and a non-empty events array. Each event needs event_name, a numeric event_time, action_source, and user_data. user_data must include at least one of em, ph, fn, ln, external_id, fbc, fbp, or client_ip_address. upload_tag is optional. execution_mode is paused or approval_required. The upload waits in Approvals. If the queue is unavailable, the call returns approval_queue_required and does not post the events. A failed upload is not retried automatically.
