# Support

> How to contact ADSMCP and what to include in a bug report.

Product and documentation questions: [support@adsmcp.si](mailto:support@adsmcp.si).

Billing questions: [sales@adsmcp.si](mailto:sales@adsmcp.si).

## Include this

* The time of the call, in UTC if you have it.
* The tool name, such as `get_connections_status` or `create_search_campaign`.
* The HTTP status or MCP error code.
* The platform, and whether [Connections](https://adsmcp.si/dashboard/connections) still shows it connected.
* What you expected to happen.

## Leave this out

Do not send the bearer token, a platform refresh token, a card number, or an export of customer data. A redacted error from [Diagnostics](https://adsmcp.si/dashboard/diagnostics) is enough. Admins can also call `get_recent_errors` and `get_request_trace`.

Check [FAQ](/faq) before writing. Connection, pause, and quota questions are answered there.
