# Glossary

> Definitions for MCP, approvals, paused campaigns, and the ADSMCP catalog.

The product interface stays English.

| Term | Definition |
| - | - |
| MCP | Model Context Protocol. The remote endpoint is `https://mcp.adsmcp.si/mcp`. |
| Catalog tool | A tool registered in the MCP service and exposed over MCP and the REST facade. |
| Paused create | A campaign write that is created with status PAUSED. Enabling spend needs a later approval. |
| Pending Action | A spend-affecting change waiting for a person to approve or reject it. |
| Execution Queue | Approved actions waiting to run, including retries. |
| Dead letter | An approved action that failed and was not automatically retried. |
| Bearer token | An API token for clients that cannot complete the hosted OAuth flow. |
| ChatGPT Ads | Not a supported ADSMCP platform. Empty tools are not registered for it. |
| Community plugin | A read-only analysis instruction file. It cannot call write tools. |
