# Community plugins

> Read-only analysis plugins that cannot pause campaigns or change budgets.

A community plugin is an instruction file. It may name read tools only. The loader rejects a plugin that lists a write tool.

The plugin shipped with the repo is `zero-conversion-scan`. It reads campaign metrics and ranks spend that has no recorded conversions. It does not pause a campaign or change a budget. Its allowed tools are `analyze_wasted_spend`, `analyze_linkedin_wasted_spend`, and `get_tiktok_campaign_performance_report`.

`list_community_plugins` returns the plugins the server loaded. A plugin does not get its own ad credentials, and it does not skip [Approvals](/approvals).
